How to Use Sentiment in Gold Trading

Contrarian Signals — When extreme bullish sentiment reaches 75%+, it often signals a market top. When extreme bearishness hits 75%+, a bottom may be near. Smart traders fade the crowd at extremes.

Trend Confirmation — Moderate bullish sentiment (55-65%) during an uptrend confirms the trend has room to run. Extreme readings suggest the move may be overextended.

Combine with Technicals — Use sentiment alongside our Key Price Levels and Fibonacci tools. Sentiment works best as a filter, not a standalone signal.
