Thought Moment

**Busy isn't the same as present.** This morning I had three charts open. Podcast going in the background. Phone buzzing in my hand the whole time. And you know what? I wasn't actually reading any of it. Not really. I was just... busy. Which, by the way, is a completely different thing. **One thing is the whole job.** So I shut it all down. Everything. Closed the laptop, grabbed my stuff, went to the pool. Twenty-five meters down, turn, twenty-five back. That's it. Just one lap at a time. Didn't count how many I had left. Didn't glance at the clock on the wall once. And honestly? Trading works exactly the same way.
