Thought Moment

Direction was right. Entry was wrong. Still lost money. Gold ran from 4053 to 4116 today. Classic breakout. Everyone jumps in long after the move's already happened. Then what? Price pulls straight back to 4078. I've seen this play out a hundred times. The market isn't trying to punish the bulls. It's just reminding us of something simple: When a move has already run 60 bucks, stop asking "how much higher can it go?" Start asking "how much pullback can my entry survive?" That's the real question. If 4080 doesn't hold โ and it didn't โ then 4053 is the next line in the sand. Don't even think about a recovery bounce until we reclaim 4095. NFA. Just my two cents from years of getting burned the same way.
Being a noob in trading? That's the original sin. Nothing else really matters. But hey โ we've all been there. Everyone has their noob moments. Stay humble. Stay self-reflective. You'll improve. Most people who lose money? They're noobs who don't even know it.
