周末黄金市场展望 — XAUUSD 4000关口拉锯战，下周NFP定方向
周四黄金从 3959 强势反弹，周末收在 4087 附近。4000 关口守住了——先别急着说趋势反转，这只是技术性修复。
我周末在复盘几个关键信息：
周五 PCE 数据 4.1%，三年新高。降息预期彻底没了，市场现在押注 12 月加息 80% 概率。美元指数站稳 101 继续走强。这对黄金不是好消息。
但 headline 不会告诉你的：全球央行一季度买了 244 吨黄金，89% 的受访央行计划增持。结构性需求还在——只是被美联储的噪音淹没了。
4 小时图告诉我现在是震荡整理。3982-4000 是地板，4125 是第一道天花板。哪边先破，方向就出来了。
下周五 NFP 非农是关键引爆点。数据弱 → 加息叙事崩了 → 美元跌 → 黄金拉到 4220。数据强 → 确认鹰派路径 → 3800 见。
我的计划：等数据。交易反应，不交易预期。震荡行情守区间。让 NFP 给我们答案。
在新加坡桌前盯着两个位置：
1. 4000 撑到周三 → 找机会做多，目标 4125
2. NFP 数据强，3982 跌破 → 等反抽确认做空
